چکیده

Capirona (Calycophyllum spruceanum Benth.) is a tree species of commercial importance widely distributed in South American forests that traditionally used for its medicinal properties and wood quality. Studies on this have been focused mainly properties, propagation, growth. However, genetic studies capirona very limited to date. Currently, it possible explore diversity population structure fast reliable manner by using molecular markers. We here 10 random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers analyze the 59 samples were sampled from four provinces located eastern region Peruvian amazon. A total 186 bands manually scored, generating × presence/absence matrix. dendrogram was generated UPGMA clustering algorithm, and, similar principal coordinate analysis (PCoA), showed groups correspond geographic origin (LBS, Irazola, Masisea, Iñapari). Similarly, discriminant components (DAPC) STRUCTURE confirmed grouped into clusters. we also noticed few intermingled. Genetic estimation conducted considering (populations) identified software. AMOVA revealed greatest variation within populations (71.56%) indicated variability among 28.44%. Population divergence (Fst) between clusters 1 4 highest difference (0.269), lowest Fst observed 3 (0.123). RAPD successful effective. more are needed, employing other tools. To best our knowledge, first investigation Peru natural distribution, as such hoped helps pave way towards improvement urgent sustainable management Peru.

Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Iranian tulips revealed by EST-SSR and NBS-LRR Markers

The genus Tulipa L. (Liliaceae) comprises about 100 species and Iran is considered as one of the main origins of tulips. In this research, genetic diversity and population structure of 27 wild populations of tulips collected from Iran were studied by 15 highly polymorphic and reproducible expressed sequenced tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers and 8 nucleotide binding site (NBS)-enzyme...

the structure of genetic diversity of pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica revealed by rapd-pcr molecular markers

pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica is one of the most valuable forest tree species in iran that has been severely exploited for a long time. therefore, understanding the genetic diversity of different populations can be an important step towards the development and restoration of the habitat of this invaluable tree species. in this study, in order to study the genetic diversity, 10 populations in...

Genetic diversity of Iranian melon cultigens revealed by AFLP markers

Iran is a part of the secondary centre of origin of melons, and therefore, there is a wealth of genetic variation of these species in this country. The Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) marker was applied to investigate the genetic variations among five major Iranian melon cultigens (Cucumis melo) and ‘Ananasi’ as a general well-known cultivar. Ten primer pairs were used on 90 indiv...

High Genetic Diversity Revealed by RAPD Markers in the Black Francolin (Francolinus francolinus, Galliformes) of Pakistan

In this study random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were used to infer the genetic profile of the black francolin (Francolinus francolinus, Galliformes) (N = 23) collected in five Pakistani areas (Alipur, Bait Suvai, Chakwal, Haroonabad and Rakni). A total of 269 different RAPD bands were obtained using fifteen primers. Estimates of the percentage of overall polymorphism (87.79%), Sha...

Evaluation of genetic diversity of Avicenniaceae family in Indian sundarban by using RAPD and ISSR markers

The present investigation was undertaken to describe the relationships among species of Avicenniaceae family which have both economic and medicinal activities, collected in Indian Sundarban by the help of RAPD and ISSR markers. In this study, three different species of Avicennia genus were collected. Frozen young leaves (-200C) were taken to isolate the genomic DNA using a slightly modified CTA...
